Welcome to Z&M’s Road to Rewards program! This program is our way of thanking you for your loyalty and making Z&M H-D® your choice for everything Harley-Davidson®.

It’s easy! On your next visit to Z&M, ask for a reward card from our friendly staff. This program is offered to all customers FREE of charge and only takes a few seconds. Your reward card can only be used by the original customer who joined the program or a member of their immediate family.

HOW IT WORKS!

You will receive 1 point for every qualifying $1.00 you spend at Z&M H-D® with our Parts, General Merchandise, and Service Departments (discounted items, gift card purchases and taxes are excluded). Your first rewards coupon is available after you have earned 100 points. Your rewards increase at various point levels. The more points you accumulate, the higher the reward. You may choose to accumulate points over the course of the program period. Once you decide to redeem a coupon, the points will automatically subtract from your total. Points are available 48-72 hours after you make a purchase. Returns are subject to a deduction of points earned from the original purchase.

HOW CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ROAD TO REWARDS POINTS?

You can access your account by visiting www.zmharleydavidson.com. Just click on sign-in under the Roads to Rewards tab.

HOW TO USE YOUR ROAD TO REWARDS POINTS?

Points are redeemed through a coupon that you print by accessing your account through www.zmharleydavidson.com. The coupon will have an expiration of 30 days from the print date. Bring the Rewards Coupon to Z&M H-D® to be used toward your next purchase. Points and rewards have no cash value and rewards cannot be redeemed then placed on account or used to purchase a gift card. Any coupons printed in store expire the day of print.

DO ROAD TO REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

YES!! All reward points regardless of the sign-up date will expire the last day of February, 2024. This program will not renew for 2024. ROAD TO REWARDS points stopped accumulating on 6/21/2023.

Terms & Conditions

• Points are automatically credited to your Rewards account with each purchase at Z&M. Rewards are available up to 48-72 hours after purchase.
• Your Reward Card can only be used by the original customer who joined the program or a member of their immediate household.
• Z&M Road to Rewards Certificates printed at home must be redeemed within 30 days of the print date and ID will be required. Certificates printed at Z&M do expire the day of print.
• Z&M Employees are not eligible for the program. Anyone with a store discount for any reason will not be eligible to participate.
• Points and rewards have no cash value and rewards cannot be redeemed and placed on account or used to purchase Gift Cards.
• “Special Orders” in General Merchandise, Parts, or Clothing are not rewarded until they are paid for in-full and picked up.
• Z&M Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue Z&M’s Road to Rewards Customer Loyalty Program privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member’s point balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud, or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Z&M H-D® also reserves the right to modify or cancel Z&M’s Road to Rewards Customer Loyalty Program.
• All points are given at the discretion of Z&M H-D®. Points can be changed, removed or added at any time and hold no cash value.
• Any or all discrepancies are decided by the Z&M H-D® management and the decision is final.
• Cannot be combined with any other discount. Excluded transactions include discounted items, gift cards, taxes, warranty work and insurance claims.
